Investment strategy

Our interest is equity or equity type investment opportunites in strategic and mature companies led by experienced management teams with successful track records.  Our principal value additions to companies include: helping companies access growth capital (both equity and debt), improving financial management and controls, aligning management and shareholders’ interests through options or other upside-sharing arrangements for management, and strategic direction through active Bancroft participation at the Board level.
